Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that firearms are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether there is a manufacturer defect. Issues related to manufacturer defects on firearms and new products must be addressed directly with the manufacturer under their respective warranty policies.
For most other new, unopened items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you are not satisfied. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. You can expect to receive your refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 business days once we receive your return. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return, processing time, and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request.

Shipping
While we strive to offer free shipping whenever possible, please understand that sometimes it may not be feasible due to current shipping costs.
We ship exclusively within the United States. Certain products are subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) restrictions, which govern the export and import of defense-related articles and services. While many ITAR-regulated items require shipment to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, some products like upper receivers and night vision components are ITAR regulated but may not require an FFL for shipment.
It is your responsibility to be familiar with and comply with all applicable state and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of our products. The burden of ensuring compliance with these laws rests solely with you.
